Prince Frederick - Mark Fisher, will officially kick-off his 2010 campaign for the Maryland House of Delegates on Saturday May 15th. Fisher is a 21 year Calvert resident and small business owner whose concerns about the current direction of the state of Maryland motivated him to enter the race to represent District 27 B in the Maryland House of Delegates.
“As a husband, father of three, and small business owner I am gravely concerned about the direction our country and state are heading and its impact on our county. While many Calvert families struggle to make ends meet, our state and federal elected officials continue to spend our tax dollars at a rate that is pushing us deeper and deeper into debt.” Fisher said. “I hope that you will join me on Saturday as we kick-off my campaign to restore common sense fiscal responsibility to our state government.”
Fisher will host a campaign kick-off and cook out on Saturday May 15th from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at historic Grays Field in Owings, Maryland, located at 905 Fowler Road. All Calvert residents are welcome to attend. District 27 B includes Chesapeake Beach, North Beach, and all or part of the following: Huntingtown, Sunderland, Prince Frederick, Port Republic, Barstow, Owings, and Dunkirk.
