Crime But No Punishment
The Maryland Legislature is racing ahead. Here's the latest:
- HB 1180 : Prevents anyone under the age of 25 from being charged with felony murder, no matter their level of involvement in the crime. Meanwhile in Baltimore, crime is worse than ever.
- In light of this rise in crime, 23 Schools in Baltimore City have 0% proficiency in math. It's no wonder crime is so high when people graduate illiterate. Watch my amendment that seeks to provide educational freedom.
- HB 577 : Making criminals a protected class while offering them preferential housing options.
- HB 704 : Requires a tracker to be placed on all lawfully owned firearms. Watch my analysis of the bill on video!
