Mark Fisher filed papers with the Maryland Board of Elections allowing him to become an official candidate in the race to represent District 27-B in the Maryland House of Delegates. Fisher’s filing follows a campaign kick-off event held at historic Gray’s Field on May 15, 2010, where county residents and elected officials joined Mark and his family to launch his campaign.
